Recognition for digital pharma marketing has been slowly increasing over the last couple of years and last night’s Best of Health ceremony provided further evidence.
This year’s IPA event saw a four-fold increase in the number of prizes given for digital work, and an online campaign even picked up one of the top prizes.
The Best of Show – Consumer award, as well as a Gold award for Consumer, Digital Media, went to the Bayer Healthcare’s Questival festival-themed website, but looking at the bigger picture off-line campaigns reigned supreme.
But while nearly 85% of the 102 awards went to non-digital work (see full list of winning campaigns), there was recognition on the night for some innovative digital campaigns.
