Synergy Vision Awarded Gold at International Business Awards.

At Synergy Vision we pride ourselves on our excellence in customer service, and we are delighted to have been recognized for this at the highest possible level. All our programmes and deliverables are tailored to meet the specific objectives of our individual clients, and we provide continuous support to ensure these objectives are met or exceeded. We proactively request feedback from all of our clients and use this to develop and further improve our service. 

In our 2016 end-of-year customer survey, 24 key customers gave feedback on our services: 100% rated us better than competitor agencies and 93% said that they would recommend our services to a colleague.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards programme. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2017 IBAs received entries from more than 60 nations and territories from across the globe.

A record total of more than 3,900 nominations, from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, were submitted for consideration in 2017 in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Start-up of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year.

The Judges were impressed by Synergy Vision’s “great achievements of customer service excellence beyond expectation” and our “focus on great customer experiences”. This award is proof of Synergy Vision’s commitment to customer service, and provides yet another reason to celebrate in 2017 – the year of our 10-year anniversary!
