
Wyeth’s Ursula Franklin joins Red Kite

Red Kite has appointed Ursula Franklin to head up its new Transformation division.
She joins from Wyeth Europa, now part of Pfizer, where she was a senior business leader and will take a director’s role on Red Kite’s board.
Ursula is an accredited executive coach with an MBA and diploma in organisational psychology. She trained with the most widely accredited coaching academy in Europe, the Academy of Executive Coaching, and holds a PG Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching.
Red Kite Consulting Group’s managing director Jonathan Dancer said: “We are delighted that Ursula is joining the board. She brings tremendous business experience and a passion for transformational coaching and leadership development that we believe will be highly valued by our clients.”
The launch of Red Kite Transformation adds to the group’s three existing divisions: Consulting, Informatics and Interaction.
