MSI Consultancy announces three senior appointments

Pharma marketing firm The MSI Consultancy has expanded its team with the appointment of three industry marketers as senior consultants.

Peter Smith (pictured left) joins MSI after 17 years at Pfizer, most recently as vice president of Marketing, Primary Care, Europe. He also held the position of head of Channel Strategy for the company. Prior to joining Pfizer, he spent six years in a variety of commercial roles at Fisons.

Bernard Murray (pictured right) joins MSI after spending 18 years with Bayer, most recently as Business Unit manager, Specialty Care in Scandinavia. Prior to this he fulfilled a number of marketing roles, including director of Global Oncology Marketing for the company.

Emma Clarke joins MSI with over 16 years experience in marketing, sales and senior commercial leadership roles in the industry at Abbott, Astrazeneca and Glaxosmithkline. She was most recently Business Unit manager, Virology at Abbott (AbbVie).

MSI chief executive Jon Bircher commented said: “We are extremely delighted to have attracted such experienced industry marketers into our expanding consultancy team.
