Health Information, a provider of medicine adherence services in the UK, has appointed former ABPI president Nigel Brooksby as its new deputy chairman.

Brooksby has over 35 years of pharma experience, and whilst president of the ABPI he also served as chairman and managing director of Sanofi-Aventis UK, and as a member of the Sanofi European and Canadian executive committee.

He is also a past member of the CBI’s presidents’ committee, and was pharmaceutical director for Pfizer UK.

Brooksby said: “During my career in the pharma industry, I have fruitlessly searched for a way to improve compliance. Health Information is the first to provide a cost effective way to improve compliance, and therefore clinical outcomes.”
