Private asset manager Capital Dynamics has invested €14m in Celsus Holding, the holding company through which private equity fund Silver Economy Fund owns Italian outpatient diagnostics and community healthcare platform CareHub.
The investment, made through Capital Dynamics’ Direct Investment strategy, brings additional capital to support CareHub’s expansion, including acquisitions in its pipeline and consolidation of its existing clinics. Quadrivio Group, which manages the Silver Economy Fund, said the transaction takes its total investment in CareHub to €50m.
CareHub has been part of the Silver Economy Fund since 2024. Its ownership structure also includes The Equity Club (TEC), promoted by Mediobanca, which subscribed a €50m capital increase in CareHub holding company Brexia Med in April 2026. Quadrivio and TEC remain equal co-investors in QTEC, the vehicle holding a majority stake in CareHub, over which they exercise joint control.
Following acquisitions completed in July 2026, CareHub comprises 31 multispecialty outpatient clinics across Italy, built through 20 acquisitions. The group generates more than €60m in revenue and approximately €10m in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA).
The investors aim to grow CareHub into an integrated community healthcare platform generating more than €100m in annual revenue. Its hub-and-spoke model combines outpatient services and advanced diagnostics, with further expansion planned in regions of Italy where the group does not yet operate.
“Capital Dynamics’ entry represents an important endorsement of CareHub’s potential,” said Walter Ricciotti, Chief Executive Officer of Quadrivio Group. He added that the investment would help accelerate development and complete acquisitions already in the pipeline.
CareHub’s founding shareholders, Gianluca Santoro, Alessandro Bartucci and Valentina Rossi, will remain involved in the ownership and management of the business.
