Evosep has launched Evosep Eno, a new high-throughput separation platform designed to support next-generation workflows in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)-based proteomics. The tool was introduced at the 2025 ASMS conference in Baltimore, US, and aims to increase standardisation, scalability and reproducibility in large-scale protein analysis.

The platform enables analysis of up to 500 samples per day and supports the identification of over 2,000 proteins per minute, offering 40% improved performance in protein quantification compared with previous systems. According to Evosep, the system delivers consistent results across instruments and sites, making it suitable for multi-centre biomarker discovery and translational research.

“The Evosep Eno will make a big impact in the next generation of LC-MS-based proteomics,” said Jesper Olsen, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. “We can now identify close to 7,000 proteins and quantify 70,000 precursors.”

At the same time, Evosep has signed a reseller agreement with SCIEX, allowing the analytical instrumentation provider to offer Evosep Eno alongside its MS platforms. The agreement aims to strengthen both companies’ positions in the pharma and biotech industries by offering integrated solutions for complex drug development workflows.

Evosep develops sample separation tools to advance protein-based clinical diagnostics with a focus on improving efficiency in proteomics research.
