PAN hires new associate director and head of Art

Creative agency PAN has strengthened its senior team with the arrival of Jan Reiss as associate director and the promotion of Rafe Burchell to head of Art.
Reiss has been travelling for the past year but was previously senior account director at both DDB Remedy and Langland Advertising.
In his new role as head of Art, Burchell who has been with PAN since April last year will deputise for creative director Arron O’Hare.
O’Hare said: “Rafe’s passion for advertising and his desire to produce great creative can be felt across the agency. This is a thoroughly deserved promotion and one which will help PAN to continue producing excellent creative solutions for its clients.”
Commenting on Reiss’s arrival, PAN managing director Jon Linscott added: “We are delighted to welcome Jan to the senior team at PAN, she has a wealth of experience and joins us at an exciting time in the agency’s development.”
