In this month’s news round-up, Pierre Fabre has partnered with the Know Your Lemons Foundation to advance breast cancer awareness, while Micrima prepares to launch a new UK-based breast cancer assessment system. Esaote unveiled an MRI innovation designed to support brain glioma surgeries and Alto Neurosciences has received FDA Fast Track designation for its new schizophrenia treatment.

We also cover the Excellence in Healthcare Partnerships (EHP) Awards networking event, which celebrates collaboration and innovation across the sector, along with BioMedX’s launch of a women’s health R&D accelerator.

There have been several key C-suite appointments across the industry this month: PolyNovo welcomed Bruce Peatey as CEO; Julius Clinical appointed Bassem Saleh as CEO, and FairJourney Biologics named Dr Werner Lanthaler as its new CEO. Also, Symeres named Gabriella Gentile as COO, strengthening its leadership team ahead of the company’s next phase of growth.
