Creative comms agency PAN has bolstered its team with two new arrivals and three promotions.

Vanessa Hume has joined the firm as junior account executive and Stephanie de Silva as a junior copywriter. In addition, Natalie Enniks has been promoted to senior account manager, Naumaan Mayet to account manager and Lawrence Clift to art director.

Hume joins PAN straight from University where she gained an MSc in Science, Technology, Medicine & Society from Imperial College, London. Whilst there, she was a sub editor on the College’s Science magazine – editing the content as well as contributing to a number of articles.

De Silva joins PAN from an internship at PS5 Consultants where she worked as a medical writer, contributing to the drafting of conference abstracts and posters; proof-reading scientific abstracts, clinical reports and manuscripts; and processing data from laboratory reports. De Silva has a degree in Biomedical Science from Reading University.

Jon Linscott, managing director of PAN said: “We’re delighted to welcome Vanessa and Stephanie to the PAN team – they have both passed their probation periods in their first full-time jobs with flying colours. In a short space of time they have proved their value to the team and we look forward to helping them develop their careers at PAN.”

The promotions at the firm include Enniks who joined PAN in September 2010 as an account executive and has been promoted to senior account manager; Mayet who also joined as an account executive in April 2011 becomes an account manager; and Lawrence Clift who started in the studio at the firm in 2005 is promoted to art director.

“While it’s always a pleasure to welcome new members to the team, it’s equally good to see established team members progress – Natalie, Naumaan and Lawrence are all key members of the PAN family and thoroughly deserve their new roles,” added Linscott.
