Androlabs and Majorelle expand testosterone therapy into France

Androlabs has partnered with French men’s health specialist Majorelle to commercialise Testavan, a testosterone replacement therapy for adult men with hypogonadism, marking the product’s entry into the final major European market.
The agreement completes Testavan’s commercial presence across Europe’s largest markets and forms part of Androlabs’ strategy to expand access to treatments for men’s health conditions.
Hypogonadism is a condition in which the body does not produce enough testosterone, potentially leading to symptoms including reduced libido, fatigue, decreased muscle mass and low mood. Testosterone replacement therapy aims to restore hormone levels and improve symptoms in affected patients.
Majorelle specialises in men’s health and andrology in France and has an existing partnership with Androlabs, having commercialised the company’s erectile dysfunction treatment Vitaros (alprostadil) in the country for several years.
Nicolas Vennin, Co-founder of Androlabs, said: “France was the last major European market where Testavan did not have a commercial presence. Our partnership with Majorelle marks an important milestone in our ambition to expand access to men’s health treatments and provide more options for patients and healthcare professionals.”
Majorelle will promote Testavan to healthcare professionals across France through its established commercial infrastructure in urology and men’s health.
Gérard Burger, Managing Director of Majorelle, said the company’s experience in men’s health would support the long-term development of the treatment in France while strengthening its existing partnership with Androlabs.
The companies said the agreement builds on their shared focus on improving the diagnosis and treatment of men’s health conditions, an area that remains underdiagnosed and undertreated despite growing awareness of men’s healthcare needs.
