Vetter has announced the retirement of managing director Thomas Otto amid strategic plans for restructuring its management team.

Otto has served at Vetter for over 35 years and has been heavily involved in shaping the company’s sustainable development and continued growth. He will step down at the end of 2025 and take on an advisory role, enabling him to contribute his experience of pharmaceutical construction projects to the planned development of a new production site in Germany.

“Thomas Otto has decisively advanced our family business with his vision, innovative strength and great sense of responsibility. His contribution to Vetter’s development and internationalisation is outstanding and deserves the highest recognition,” Udo J Vetter, chairman of the Advisory Board and member of the owner family, said.
