
RSA hires senior consultant

Life sciences executive search and interims specialist firm RSA has appointed a new senior consultant to its executive interims team.
Kris Richards will be responsible for delivering executive level interim services to both existing and new clients.
For the past 16 years Richards has specialised in recruiting for the life sciences sectors, supporting UK and Western European based organisations attract and retain staff. In this time she built and led teams for two UK-based recruiting organisations, before deciding to focus on executive level interim management.
Richards says: “At RSA, I will be able to use all my knowledge of the sector to make meaningful and productive appointments at the executive interim level.”
