Claire Hay has been promoted to associate director at creative comms agency PAN.
Hay joined the agency as a senior account manager from Publicis Life Brands in June 2009.
In her new role at the firm she will ensure that influential creativity is expanded upon in its campaigns and, where appropriate, will incorporate digital solutions.
Hay will continue to have client involvement and her key accounts include Astellas, GSK and Takeda – and will join PAN’s other associate director Jan Reiss on the management team.
Jon Linscott, managing director at PAN says: “We are delighted to promote Claire. Since joining PAN she has clearly demonstrated excellent client skills and we are keen for her to continue developing these further, while having the opportunity to get involved with the strategic development of the agency as part of our Management Team.”
“I am delighted to be joining the PAN Management Team during a time of exciting change,” adds HayClaire. “I am looking forward to being more involved in new business while further developing our senior client relationships”.
