DNA’s well-established medical communications practice will now offer fully integrated healthcare communications to its clients. Neil Flash remains DNA’s managing director, with Heather Grant joining the team to lead the new PR offering.

The new division broadens DNA’s services to include scientific product, disease area, internal and corporate communications; reputation and issues management; stakeholder and advocacy group relations and market access across the range of channels.

“We are absolutely thrilled to be expanding our proposition in London, and welcoming Heather to the team,” comments Neil Flash. “The addition of public relations allows us to offer strategic healthcare communications services that perfectly solve our client partners’ communications challenges – whatever they may be. Heather’s depth of experience and proven track record across the spectrum of healthcare communications, together with her strategic and business insight, will be of huge value to the team and our clients moving forwards.”

With more than 18 years’ experience in public relations, Grant has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies across UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. Prior to DNA, Grant spent more than six years with Chandler Chicco Companies (part of inventive Health), where she was part of the senior team that drove the growth and success of Biosector 2 in London.
