
Kindeva appoints Mike Cowhig as Chief Legal Officer

Kindeva, a global drug delivery contract and development organisation (CDMO), has appointed Mike Cowhig as Chief Legal Officer.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry to the role, Mike will aim to drive legal strategy, enterprise risk management and corporate governance across the organisation.
Previously, Mike held multiple senior leadership positions, including divisional General Counsel, reflecting his expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing projects across diverse markets while maintaining ethical business practices.
Mike said: “Having previously worked closely with a diverse range of organisations with complex operations, I have a great insight into the commercial and governance risks associated with contract manufacturing.”

As Chief Legal Officer, Mike will be responsible for aligning legal initiatives with the organisation’s growth objectives, as well as nurturing customer relations, providing legal counsel, evolving Kindeva’s compliance programme and managing global corporate governance.
