
RSA welcomes pan-European consultant

Life sciences executive search and interim management firm RSA has announced that Dr Theo de Roij has joined the pan-European business as a senior consultant.
Dr de Roij who is fluent in five languages and will be based in its Belgium office, has spent over 30 years in the life sciences industry and has held positions of increasing responsibility in a CRO, big pharma and US biotech start-up company.
Commenting on his new role, he said: “Having previously worked in a search firm where I specialised in life sciences, I’m delighted to be joining such a successful global leader which has the same industry focus. I am eager to grow RSA’s pan-European business and am confident that I will contribute greatly to the company.”
John Callagher, chief executive of RSA added: “We are thrilled to have Theo on board; his knowledge and understanding of the Life Sciences industry will undoubtedly strengthen our pan-European business.”
