RSA announces raft of new appointments

RSA, the global life sciences executive search and interim management firm, has announced a series of new appointments.

RSA Switzerland welcomes three new members this month, supporting John Callagher, managing director and colleagues at its Swiss office. Michael Narden has been appointed as senior consultant, RSA Interims. Michael has 11 years’ experience of recruiting life sciences executives across multi-function areas, with a particular focus in clinical, medical and R&D.

Chris Rayner joins RSA Switzerland as senior consultant, Executive Search. With over 30 years’ experience in the pharma industry and wide exposure to healthcare markets in the EU, Asia and US, Chris brings with him a wealth of knowledge which includes R&D, commercial, sales & marketing, general management, supply chain and manufacturing and regulatory.

Dr Fleur Helble joins the Swiss office as researcher, having recently served as a science and biology teacher and a neuroscience researcher. Fleur’s work has been published in a number of premier journals including Nature and Neuron.

RSA Germany is also expanding and is pleased to announce that US-born Justin Smith will be joining the Frankfurt Team as associate consultant. Over the past two years, Justin has been focussed on developing a profitable medical devices practice at an international search agency.

Tristan Barnfather joins as a senior consultant, RSA Interims, based in the head office in Hertfordshire. Tristan brings a wealth of knowledge of both the life sciences and search industries having previously worked in all forms of resourcing from volume recruitment campaigns to key account management. Tristan has recruited in both the contract and permanent sector and has over 12 years’ experience.

John Tonra (pictured) joins RSA Americas as vice president. With over 20 years in the Life Sciences industry, John brings to RSA a strong foundation and a unique set of experiences including sales, marketing, management, human resources and account management.
