Medivir recently signed a commercial agreement with GlaxoSmithKline and has a key development agreement with Johnson & Johnson for its portfolio of drugs against infectious diseases.

Finally Virgin Healthcare, which aims to become one of the leading companies providing primary healthcare services to the NHS, has retained M: to advise on corporate communications.

Virgin Healthcare recently acquired a majority shareholding in Assura Medical, which works in partnership with GPs and health professionals to deliver medical services across the UK.
