
Regeneron invest $800 million into New York facilities

Regeneron is investing $800 million into its New York production facilities.
The firm is planning to build a four story Science Building containing labs and offices, and a six story car park with capacity for 1,020 cars, in the town of East Greenbush in New York State.
The new facility will bring 1,050 new workers to the town making it will be one of the region’s biggest employers. There will be around 4,000 and 5,000 Regeneron employees in East Greenbush overall.
According to documents filed by Jacobs, the engineering firm handling the project, “construction for the site development and two structures will take approximately 30 to 36 months.”
