Holders wishing to cancel their authorisations, registrations and licences are required to notify the MHRA by 31 December 2011 to meet the legal requirement of giving three months’ notice of cancellation to the licensing authority before the beginning of the fee period. If this deadline is not met, holders may be liable for a periodic licence fee for the period from 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012.
Wainwright Associates offers a full licensing service and have parties interested in acquiring UK marketing authorisations, especially via change of ownership applications.
Therefore, if you have any dormant UK marketing authorisations that you no longer require, we can help you realise their value. Please contact us at enquiries@wainwrightassociates.co.uk or telephone + 44 (0)1628 530554.
