OPEN Health launches research service

Healthcare communications agency OPEN Health, has launched OPEN Plan, a market research and brand planning specialist team.

The company says OPEN Plan will provide global and domestic market research solutions and has qualitative, online, quantitative, deliberative and collaborative capabilities. It says the combination of global healthcare, consumer and pharma industry expertise will provide clients with the insight to develop elegant strategic and tactical communication solutions. 

OPEN Plan will be led by Cory Inglis, who brings 10 years’ pharma industry client-side experience, and six years’ agency global market research and marketing expertise.

Additionally Cory has significant people-management experience, having most recently been divisional director at Nitrogen. Cory will be the managing director of OPEN Plan and take partnership within OPEN Health.

“Understanding our customers is at the core of everything we do,” said David Rowley, chief executive OPEN Health. “In Cory we have a unique talent and skill set that is able to both get into the minds of customers, but also recognises how that can be used to develop meaningful communication strategies.
