The Board of Directors of Kinapse Ltd. today announced that Co-founder Shalabh Kumar has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He will continue as a Shareholder and as a Non-executive Director on the Board of Kinapse Ltd.

Nick Edwards, Chairman of Kinapse Ltd., said, “I would like to thank Shalabh for his contributions as a Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive of Kinapse. He has played a significant role in building Kinapse as a business and as an organisation in the last five years.  We look forward to his continued support to the growth of the business as a member of the Board and wish him well.”

Shalabh Kumar said, “It has been an exciting and demanding five years of building Kinapse and I am thankful to all the people, clients, employees and others, who have supported us in the journey. I believe Kinapse has a great future in its chosen lines of business but have had differences with the Board over the strategic focus of the business and have hence agreed to step away from an executive role in the company.”
