Healthcare PR specialist HSDcommunicate has been absorbed into advertising agency Woolley Pau.
The resulting health PR agency is now called Woolley Pau PR and the HSD name will disappear.
Both companies are owned by media group GyroHSR, itself formed by the merger of Gyro International and marketing communications company HSR last month.
Headed by directors Pauline Kent and Jo Ferrier, Woolley Pau PR offers what it calls an intregrated approach to healthcare campaigns.
Kent said: "We have responded to a client need for integrated marketing solutions combined with an award winning creativity.
"Our aim is to develop campaigns that get noticed and talked about. Campaigns with real impact and longevity."
GyroHSR bought HSD last year and managing director Lesley Scott left the agency in February after 11 years in charge.
The new agency is made up of 30 staff, ten of whom handle PR. Clients include Forest Laboratories and ProBio Healthcare.
Parent company GyroHSR has 17 offices in nine countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa handling PR, advertising and digital work.
Kent and Ferrier also head Gyro PR, a consumer and business to business PR division launched last year.
