Arkivum and PHARMASEAL partner on trial management platform

Arkivum, a digital archiving and preservation solutions provider, has entered into a collaborative agreement with PHARMASEAL, a software company specialising in dedicated trial management platforms.
“This partnership will increase awareness of the importance of a fit-for-purpose solution to preserve all essential clinical trial records and data,” commented Chris Sigley, Arkivum CEO.
As part of the collaboration, Arkivum’s GxP-validated digital archiving technology will be integrated into PHARMASEAL’s Engility trial management platform, creating a comprehensive end-to-end solution that includes a clinical trial management system and electronic trial master files.
The partners anticipate that a streamlined archival process will encourage sponsors to consider trial requirements, including data retention, from the outset of the planning process. Records and data will remain available long term in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, in accordance with the International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) E6(R3) and the European Union Clinical Trial Regulation (EU CTR).
