How did you find your way into your current role?

On return from a working holiday to New Zealand I started work within UCB as a contractor within the library and information group, drawing on my ten years' professional library and information work in the public sector, and my science degree from Anglia University.

After nearly three years in this capacity, and an internal reorganisation, I then had the opportunity to apply for my present role. I now lead a global team of information professionals who are committed to making a difference and driving change across the organisation.
