Both founders Martin and Debbie Anderson, have significant commercial experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, having worked in a range of agency and client side roles. This direct industry knowledge means that we understand very clearly what our clients are looking for in a candidate and indeed we are able to provide our candidates with a highly knowledgeable service.
Being knowledgeable about the industry, our clients and their roles is something we take very seriously. We continuously involve ourselves in the industry by attending and sponsoring educational seminars, attending conferences and contributing articles to industry publications.
We work in small teams so each consultant focuses entirely on a specific sector within pharma which ensures continuity with clients and candidates. It also allows our consultants to become genuine specialists in their own areas. Our approach clearly works as in the past five years we have filled around 500 vacancies.
Of our ten consultants, one has a REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice, three have the Certificate and two are currently training for the Certificate. We really value these recruitment qualifications as they help us to ensure we work ethically and within the legal framework, giving our clients and candidates real confidence about the integrity of our service.
