
Zello Appoints Kevin Bailey as Group Chief Medical Officer

Zello Group, a global workforce health and performance company, has appointed Dr Kevin Bailey as Group Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Bailey brings more than two decades of experience to the role, with previous roles including Global Medical Director at Iqarus and multiple senior leadership roles within the UK Ministry of Defence. These included command of the largest occupational health department in Defence, Medical Advisor at Army Headquarters, and Senior Medical Officer to the British Army Training Unit in Canada. These roles focused on medical command, governance and operational readiness at scale.
Most recently, he was Head of Occupational Health at Qatar Airways.

As Group CMO, Bailey will lead Zello’s global clinical governance framework, focusing on aligning medical delivery models across all operating regions; strengthening occupational health, remote medical and performance health integration; and supporting strategic client partnerships across multinational and governmental sectors.
