Healthcare products firm WinchPharma has appointed Lyndon Nicholson as its new chief executive with immediate effect.
Nicholson will replace former chief executive Philip McSweeney, a seasoned public healthcare manager, who steps down after being in the job for a year. McSweeney will now join the board as a non-executive director.
Nicholson joins WinchPharma with a strong track record of growing fledgling businesses and forming solid partnerships with both trade and end-user buyers, and also has past experience running advertising and marketing businesses.
Executive chairman Nathan Winch said: “Lyndon brings new skills to the management team that will allow us to meet our aggressive growth plans. We’re excited that we now have the right person steering the company forward.”
