
Two new directors for The Purple Agency

UK communications firm The Purple Agency has appointed two new directors to its healthcare team.
Andrew Jenkins (pictured) who was formerly a senior vice president at FTI Strategic Communications, joins as a group account director to head up its healthcare unit.
Jenkins will work alongside Terri Martin who takes up the position of account director for healthcare. Martin joins from Reading-based Porterhouse Medical.
Steve Shaw who is the managing director of the Purple Agency, says: “Andrew and Terri both bring extensive specialist expertise to this rapidly expanding international sector of our business, which includes pioneering developments in digital communications for patients and clinicians.
“They will both play a key role in developing existing accounts such as Novartis and GSK and, of course, to continuing to build our offering across a range of new accounts.”
Martin adds: “Purple has a terrific track record in the healthcare sector and already works with many major players. I’m looking forward to taking this further still and to building a strong creative and strategic presence in this market for the agency.”
