Takeda makes changes to organisation

Takeda has announced the change of senior leadership and the establishment of a new organisation.

Effective from July Masahiro Fujimaki becomes VP, Corporate Strategy Department. Yoshinori Ikeura will be VP, General Manager Office, Pharmaceutical Research Division; and Masayuki Ii becomes senior director, Inflammation Drug Discovery Unit, Pharmaceutical Research Division.

The new organisation comprises a General Manager Office in the Pharmaceutical Research Division. A Strategic Planning Office, Research Alliance Office, Project Management Office and Research Communication Office will be positioned under it; changing their name into Strategic Planning, Alliance, Project Management and Communication.
