
Say Communications hires associate director

Health PR firm Say Communications has announced the appointment of Victoria Bramham as an associate director to help lead its healthcare practice.
Bramham has over 15 years’ experience working within healthcare comms. She joins Say from Chandler Chicco Agency where she was a senior client lead for seven years working on the agency’s key ethical and consumer health accounts including Allergan, Pfizer and Danone.
Previous to CCA, she has held roles within the healthcare divisions of Weber Shandwick, Santé Communications, Munro & Forster, Nexus and Fusion.
Reporting into Say’s managing director Stefi Rucci, Bramham’s new role will focus on new business development, as well as offering strategic support to a number of the agency’s existing healthcare and nutrition accounts.
Commenting on her new position Bramham said: “My role at Say offers an exciting and refreshing opportunity for me to use my wealth of experience and contacts to help further build and grow one of the leading independent healthcare agencies.”
