Executive search and interims specialist firm RSA has announced three new appointments to its team of consultants in the UK.
Omar de Bary (pictured) joins RSA’s global interims team from Volt & Axess, where he worked for five years within life science talent management.
Beatriz de Luis is a law graduate who began her recruitment career in her native Spain. In 2009 she moved to the UK with SEC Recruitment and spent three years focussing on the Spanish pharmaceutical market across a number of functional areas. In 2013 her remit expanded to EU, US and emerging markets.
Maria-Angeles Garcia has 15 years’ experience in recruitment and HR. She has worked in medical affairs, communications, R&D, clinical operations and business development/sales across Europe and the US. For the last three years she has worked at Sharpstream, an executive search company.
“I’m delighted to welcome these three talented individuals to our firm” says Chris Molloy, chief executive of RSA. I’m certain that Maria, Omar, and Beatriz will add further value to our UK and international clients in 2015.”
