Life sciences executive search and interim management company RSA has made a number of appointments and internal promotions across its global network.
In the UK Matthew Edwards (pictured) has been promoted to associate consultant within RSA’s commercial practice.
He joined RSA in 2007 as a researcher specialising in medical search assignments from entry level physicians, right up to board level appointments.
Outside the UK Zaki Sellam joins RSA Switzerland as a practice leader focusing on building strategic partnerships with biotechs, VC-backed companies, innovating clusters and start-ups.
In his previous role he built and headed up the life sciences division of Stamford Consultants in Basel.
RSA Switzerland has also appointed Michelle Bosshard as a principal consultant.
She joins RSA from GSK Biologicals, where she was a recruitment business partner in the pharma company’s manufacturing operations.
Prior to GSK, Michelle worked within the global life sciences practice at Korn/Ferry International, where she spent five years executing high profile, global and pan-European searches.
Meanwhile, Yildiz Biloglu has joined RSA Germany as a principal executive search consultant.
She comes to RSA with over six years of executive search experience, most gained as a senior consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep GmbH.
“We are proud to welcome such a varied mix of new talent to the global business,” said RSA chief executive Nick Stephens. “We hope that we can provide all new members of the team with the right platform to further develop their expertise and present them with the opportunity to help expand and develop the business in new ways.”
