Life sciences executive search and interim management firm RSA has made series of new appointments to some of the European offices within its global network.
Amber Burns joins the UK office as a senior consultant within RSA’s clinical and regulatory practice.
She has worked in life sciences recruitment since 2004, prior to which she spent a number of years in sales and customer services roles for large corporate organisations in the UK, including British Airways and Countryside Properties.
Steffen Deutschenbauer joins RSA Germany as a consultant. Steffen has an array of international experience, working in Germany and the UK, as well as on projects in the Middle East, Southern and Eastern Europe.
Prior to his role at RSA, Steffen spent four years as an associate and consultant at German executive search firm Kappes & Partner.
In Switzerland, RSA welcomes Johann Cheminelle as a senior researcher. Prior to joining RSA, Johann was international research associate at KornFerry International where he was responsible for benchmarking for clients within the Life Sciences sector.
“It is a great pleasure to welcome the summer sun with such vibrant and motivated new members to our team,” said chief executive Nick Stephens. “We trust that they will find RSA to be a place where they are offered the chance to expand and develop upon their previous experience and to operate in a truly global business.”
