RSA boosts team with new appointments

Global life sciences executive search and interim management firm RSA has made a series of new appointments across its practices.
Sue Ransom joins RSA’s Medical, Clinical and Regulatory practice having recently served as director of executive search firm Norman Broadbent. She brings with her over 18 years of life sciences search experience as well as an impressive track record of brand building within the healthcare sector.
RSA Singapore has appointed Soubhik Banerjee, who joins after two years as a Regional BD Manager, APAC at ViruSure GmbH, an Austrian CRO specialising in virus and prion biosafety testing.
RSA Foster Partners continues to expand and welcomes four new members this month. Ricky Lau has joined as a consultant to focus on the medical devices sector. Ricky has previously worked as a business consultant for MRI China Group based in Shanghai and as a regional consultant for HRnetOne, a Singapore based executive search firm.
Jessica Blackwell joins as a consultant to focus on the R&D sector. Jessica holds a BA in Educational Studies from the University of York and has three years life sciences search experience in the UK.
Recent graduate Mandy Pan joins as a researcher focusing on the R&D and Medical Devices sectors.
Jiangxi Normal University graduate, Nina Yang, has also joined as a researcher. Nina has as a BA in HR Management and was awarded the “Students Excellent Cadre” award and scholarship from 2007 – 2010.
“We are proud to have secured such a varied group of talented individuals” said RSA’s chief executive Nick Stephens. “We hope that we can provide all new members of the team with the right platform to further develop their expertise and present them with opportunities to help expand and develop the business in new ways.”
RSA has also recently promoted Dr Renu Vijh and Evy Young to the position of principal consultant, and Rob Sansom to senior consultant.
