RSA appoints new managing director for RSA Germany

RSA, the life sciences recruitment specialist, has appointed Kristian Juergensen as its new managing director of RSA in Germany.

Juergensen commences his new role this month and will be reporting to John Callagher, head of EMEA region for the firm.

Juergensen first joined the company in 2006 where he took on the position of executive search consultant.

During this time he conducted executive searches for multi-national corporations as well as medium-sized companies and placed candidates within all functional areas. Juergensen was later appointed director of RSA interims in Germany, where he built a successful interim management business and managed a strong team of consultants.

Qualified in pharmaceutical law and fluent in both German and English, Juergensen began his career with another executive search firm based in Frankfurt, specialising in the financial and life sciences practices.

For the past two years he has worked as the head of tender management for a German generics company, where he was responsible for handling incoming tenders.
