
RSA announces three appointments to its global team

Life sciences executive search and interim management specialists RSA has announced three new appointments.
Dr François Martin (pictured) has been made managing director of RSA Switzerland. Martin recently served as senior partner for the Life Sciences and Technology practice for the International Executive Search Federation (IESF).
He brings over 20 years of experience to RSA, having managed large global organisations and projects. Prior to joining IESF he held executive positions at Roche in Switzerland and Japan.
Commenting on his new role he said: “I am delighted to be taking up this position within such a successful company. I am confident that with RSA’s exclusive focus on the life sciences sector along with their professionalism and integrity, together we will be able to continue to build upon the already thriving Swiss business.”
RSA Switzerland also welcomes Dr Naja Kjeldsen who joins as a senior consultant, RSA Interims. A proactive, high achiever in the Life Sciences sector, she has over 20 years of experience where she has worked for leading pharmaceutical organisations.
Kjeldsen set up Stratos Bio in 2002, a business she developed over several years. Whilst there she filed three patents covering the overuse of antibiotics and their potential carcinogenic side effects.
Previously she worked as a project management director in Interim Management for Lundbeck, where she was responsible for portfolio management.
Jana Kurtova joins RSA’s UK team as a senior consultant, RSA Interims. A creative thinker with a global perspective, Kurtova’s background includes business development, strategy development and implementation, team leadership and project management.
Previously Kurtova was Head of PULSE Life Sciences where she led two teams and built a new team in London. Prior to this she was the regional director of Hays Life Sciences where she launched new divisions in Moscow, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Mumbai.
