RSA announces promotions

Life sciences executive search and interim management specialist firm RSA, has announced its latest promotions.
John Callagher (pictured) has been promoted to the position of head of EMEA – having recently been appointed head of DACH with responsibility for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In his new role he will have responsibility for all territories in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) excluding the UK.
Previously John served as global managing director of SpenglerFox – a globally networked executive search and human capital solutions firm that he co-founded in 2003 with fellow directors of parent company, the Grafton Group.
As part of RSA’s 2012 plan for growth, Kay Wardle has been appointed to the position of managing director, RSA Executive Search. Kay has personally won and delivered a significant proportion of the executive search business in the UK, in her time with RSA. She joined RSA in 1998 and has been a key contributor to the growth of the company throughout the last 13 years.
Darren Spevick has been promoted to client relationship director, EMEA. In this role Darren will have responsibility to work with all consultants across Europe to develop new business opportunities.
