Robert Thomson joins Photosound

UK brand communcations agency Photosound has appointed Robert Thomson as head of digital product development.
He has over 15 years’ digital and programming experience for clients such as Microsoft, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Hewlett-Packard, Macromedia and Boosey & Hawkes.
Commenting on his appointment Rob said: “Healthcare is only now waking up to the potential of the recent boom in the internet world with regard to social peer-to-peer networks and infrastructure. I look forward to continuing to build on Photosound’s interactive media and smartphone app programmes.
“Key areas of development will include modular scalable portals targeting niche medical areas and the current social media infrastructures to take conventions and offline event programmes, such as symposia, meetings, debates and discussions, to a wider audience for better return.”
