Richmond Pharmacology has announced the promotion of Priscilla Ochuba to associate medical director, effective 1 August 2025. The move recognises her outstanding contributions to early-phase research and leadership within the organisation’s medical directorate.

Ochuba joined Richmond in 2022 with a background in general medicine and has since become an integral figure in the delivery of complex early-phase trials involving both healthy volunteers and patient populations. Her approach to clinical safety, scientific rigour and trial execution has consistently supported successful research outcomes.

Commenting on her appointment, Ochuba said: “I’m honoured to take on the role of associate medical director. My time at Richmond has allowed me to contribute to clinical research that directly impacts patient care. I look forward to continuing to support our teams as we advance innovative approaches in trial design and delivery.”

Based in London, UK, Richmond Pharmacology is a contract research organisation (CRO) specialising in early-phase clinical trials. The company conducts studies involving healthy volunteers and patient populations to assess the safety and pharmacology of new medicines before they progress to later-stage development.
