Claire Grindal has joined Red Door Communications (RDC) as an associate director from Munro and Forster.
Grindal was part of Munro and Forster’s digital strategy team and led the high profile award-winning organ donation campaign for NHS Blood & Transplant.
She has 13 years’ experience developing and implementing media and communications strategies, advising senior executives on media and reputation handling, campaigning and stakeholder relationship management.
Previously Grindal worked as head of Media and Communications at mental health charity, Mind.
Catherine Devaney, managing director of RDC said: “As we move from broadcasting our messages to driving greater engagement and dialogue, developing and promoting share-ready and share-worthy content that lives on or offline is key for successful PR programmes. Finding and nurturing individuals with proven digital and content marketing skills is therefore critical for us. Claire is a great addition to our team.”
Grindal added: “I am delighted to be joining RDC, whose reputation in the healthcare field is excellent. I chose RDC in part because of their impressive focus and expertise on digital communications, of ever-increasing importance in this area.”
