PwC appoints Issy Corbett as healthcare M&A partner

PwC has appointed Issy Corbett as a partner to lead its healthcare M&A team.

Corbett joins PwC from Rothschild, where he worked for ten years covering healthcare in the UK and continental Europe. During his time at Rothschild, Corbett worked on a number of completed transactions spanning M&A, IPO, sale and leaseback and refinancing.

In his new role, Issy will lead PwC’s healthcare M&A team, based in London, and will work with colleagues across the firm including the international network, the UK regional offices, strategy, transaction services and public sector advisory.

Andrew McKechnie, partner and head of healthcare deals, says: “Issy’s experience and reputation in healthcare M&A is market-leading. Together, our healthcare deals practice will offer clients a full suite of healthcare advisory services across a deal lifecycle.”
