
Pace appoints Ken Beyer as CEO

Pace, a science and technology company specialising in environmental and life sciences laboratories, has announced the appointment of Ken Beyer as its new CEO.
Beyer’s experience to date spans logistics, technology and consulting. He was previously CEO of Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group.
He was also formerly President of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, a global logistics business with 15,000 employees across 39 countries. He joined Ingram Micro after it acquired reverse logistics and IT asset disposition company CloudBlue Technologies, which he co-founded. Beyer started his career as a management consultant with Ernst & Young.
Beyer brings expertise in technology and logistics market to his new role, and hopes to strengthen Pace’s ability to deliver innovative solutions to its clients. His comprehensive leadership will assist Pace in driving growth, expanding the range of services it offers to clients, and fostering new and existing partnerships with key players across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and environmental sectors.
Beyer commented that Pace’s team was “dedicated to making the world a safer, healthier place”. He added: “Together, we will continue to innovate our services and delivery network while advancing scientific excellence for our clients and communities.”
