RSA director Tony Forbes-Leith passed away last month after a long and serious illness.
He officially joined the company in 2008, setting up the executive search firm’s London office with his wife Nicola, but his relationship with RSA began in the early 1970s when he worked with company founder Roger Stephens.
In a statement the company said: “Tony had to undergo many difficult & very painful procedures and treatments. Wonderfully supported by Nicola, he bore the effects of his illness and therapy with extraordinary bravery and cheerfulness, setting a remarkable example to everyone who came into contact with him in the office, on social occasions and in the hospitals where he received his care. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.”
He is survived by his children Simon and Emma, and wife Nicola.
A memorial service will be held tomorrow (29 April) at 2pm in Sherborne St John, Hampshire. Click here for more details.
