
Novella Clinical hires European director

Contract research organisation Novella Clinical has appointed Dr Deepak Dhami as the director of its clinical monitoring unit for Europe.
Dhami has more than 20 years of clinical research and operations experience in the pharma industry. He has served as functional manager for study management, oncology (pharma development) at Roche, and provided strategic direction on clinical studies for numerous pharma firms in Europe.
Dhami earned his PhD in human morphology from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor of Science in anatomical studies from the University of Birmingham.
“Dr. Dhami’s years of clinical trial and operations management, particularly within oncology, will be integral in driving growth across Europe,” says Novella Clinical chief operating officer Rob King.
“His ability to provide strategic direction based on his extensive knowledge of oncology biopharmaceutical development will be a tremendous asset to our customers.”
