French processing equipment supplier Novasep has appointed Nadege Laborde as the new president of its Industrial Biotech business unit.

It says the internal promotion strengthens the business unit and recognises and rewards the commitment and skill that Laborde has demonstrated at the firm to date.

Laborde joined Novasep in 2000 after qualifying as an engineer from Ecole Centrale, Paris. She started at Novasep as a project manager and expanded her responsibilities as an engineering manager in the US and Asia.
