
Not-for-profit comms agency adds special advisor

A new not-for-profit marketing and comms consultancy that specialises in healthcare and research has added Professor Martin Gibson to its ranks.
Comprehensive Communications offers expertise in public relations, social marketing, stakeholder relations, crisis communications, social media and communications strategies.
Gibson will act as a special advisor for Health and Clinical Research. He is currently the director of the NIHR Greater Manchester CLRN, Clinical lead for the Northwest NIHR Diabetes Local Research Network, and associate director for Industry for the CCRN.
He is also a consultant physician specialising in diabetes and lipid disorders at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, where he was formerly R&D director of both the acute and primary care Trusts.
