UK-based pharma supply firm Masters Speciality Pharma has made two new key appointments to strengthen its team.
Ivan Rosetti (pictured) has been appointed business unit director for its South American market and Mohamed Mosa, business unit director for the Middle East.
Rosetti joins Masters with over 25 years’ commercial sales and marketing experience in the pharma healthcare sector in Brazil, for companies that include Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca – and he was also the national sales manager at Mayne Pharma.
Prior to that Rosetti was national sales manager at Merck Serono, Sao Paulo in their Oncology business unit, leading the sales and access teams. At Masters he will provide leadership to the team in Brazil, operating out of the Sao Paulo office reporting directly to Lynda Foster, located at Masters UK headquarters.
Mosa joins the company from SAI Global, where he was Middle East Territory manager responsible for achieving sales growth targets. His previous roles include eight years with Nestlé, Saudi Arabia and two years with Boehringer Ingelheim, Egypt. He will report to Suzad Masters, executive business developments director, Middle East and Asia, who is based in the UK office.
Lynda Foster, Masters chief executive says: “Masters has plans to grow the business substantially in the rare disease market, specifically in the therapeutic areas of oncology, haematology and endocrinology. The company wishes to achieve this by strengthening our regional teams with additional experienced personnel to increase our presence in emerging markets.”
