Idea Pharma has two new additions to its team, appointing Louisa Roberts and Ralph Torbay.
Louise joins the phase II strategy consultants as an account director from IBM Consulting.
She has over seven years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and her career to date has included stints with GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi.
Meanwhile, Idea Pharma has appointed Ralph as a researcher/project manager and he joins the company from Novartis’ oncology division where he worked as a project manager.
Ralph will be responsible for managing the US division’s expanding project portfolio alongside Louisa.
Mike Rea, chief executive at Idea Pharma, commented: “Both Louisa and Ralph really capture the essence of our company in a nutshell. When we find people who really share a mutual affinity with us, and our methods, it further confirms that we are on the right path.
“We are growing rapidly in the US and I am delighted to welcome them both to our already fantastic team. I look forward to working alongside them and harnessing their energies and skill sets over the coming months.”
